BWI Group NextWe contracted Leslie to conduct four separate lunch and learn sessions at all three of our BWI offices in the United States. She has done an incredible job with this task! She has been able to keep all participants interested and she was able to vary the topics of each session to include a variety of health-related topics. She conducts herself very professionally and is a very knowledgeable dietician. I will absolutely contact her outside of the lunch and learn sessions for more one-on-one help with my diet/lifestyle.
BWI Group NextMy favorite thing about Leslie (as a dietician) is that she doesn’t make me feel like I need to cut out specific foods from my diet. She stresses that everything can be had as long as it is in moderation. I have seen dieticians in the past that have told me that I 100% need to cut a specific food out of my diet-this just leaves me wanting it more! Leslie has provided information on how to curb cravings and what to eat to satisfy them. She doesn’t make me feel guilty at all if I happen to indulge in a sweet (or two!) which I appreciate. Nothing is worse than someone making you feel bad for eating the wrong thing-and Leslie does not make me feel bad!

I have asked her for additional information (that was not a part of her “lesson”) and she always comes back to the next session with helpful information and materials for me. He has certainly gone above and beyond for BWI.
BWI Group NextAll of the lunch and learn sessions have been valuable but my favorite was the fourth session when Leslie had a cooking demonstration. She showed that it is not all that difficult to eat healthy and incorporate healthy foods into my lifestyle. This was a very great presentation-and delicious too!
BWI Group NextThe topic I really enjoyed was “healthy habits on the go/while traveling”. As a BWI employee that travels quite often for my job, I tend to fall off the diets and healthy eating. Leslie’s presentation gave me so many great ideas for healthy eating while traveling. I recently traveled and took her powerpoint presentation with me so I could refer to it!
