My LEAP Journey, Phase Five & Rotation Diet

LEAP and MRT success story right here! I’ve been Zyrtec-free for 11 days…. ABSOLUTELY cra-zy. Before this, I’d start to break out in hives if it had been more than 24 hours without my medicine. I have more energy and am feelin’ great… GI symptom free. 🙂
