At Healthy Hearts Nutrition we believe in eating “whole-foods” and savoring every bite. Using mindful eating strategies we can enjoy good food, and be healthy at the same time. Leslie uses motivational interviewing to help clients discover why they eat, the way they do.

She will work with you one-on-one to develop a plan that is realistic and includes strategies tailored to your lifestyle.  During your initial appointment you’ll complete a health assessment together with Leslie.  She will then help devise a plan of care, incorporating a balanced eating approach that includes meal and snack ideas, grocery lists, and any additional nutrition education necessary.
